Aye helps your Shopify store with smart analysis and proposals. These are the clear rules of our cooperation.

Who we are

Aye is a service of Lifecycle Innovations Limited (Hong Kong). In the European Union we are represented by DataRep (Dublin, Ireland). You can reach us at support@aye.ceo. support@aye.ceo.

Yes first, then action

Aye reads data to prepare proposals, but never modifies anything in your store without your explicit click on 'Yes'. Prices, inventory and ads remain entirely under your control.

14-day free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with all features included. If you cancel before the end of day 14, you pay nothing. On day 15, the first monthly charge applies.

Billing and VAT

Payment is processed monthly in advance via Stripe or Shopify Billing. Prices are displayed excluding VAT for business customers. Applicable taxes are calculated based on your country and business details before checkout.

Easy cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click from your account dashboard. There are no hidden fees or notice periods. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund policy

No fees are charged during the 14-day free trial. Once a paid billing cycle has started, refunds are not provided for past days, unless there is a verifiable technical malfunction on our end.

Data and retention

Your store data remains your property. We retain data only while your account is active. Upon cancellation, API connections are severed immediately and stored store data is deleted within 30 days.

Secure infrastructure (subprocessors)

We rely on certified partners: Vercel (hosting and CDN), Supabase / AWS in Frankfurt (EU database), Clerk (identity management), and Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 payments).

Liability

Aye advises and prepares proposals; the final commercial decision is always yours. Because actions only occur after your explicit approval, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding three months.

Governing law and disputes

For any questions or disputes, we always seek a friendly resolution via support@aye.ceo. These terms are governed by Dutch and EU law, with jurisdiction in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
