Who we are

Aye is made by Lifecycle Innovations Limited. Questions about your data: support@aye.ceo.

What we keep

Your account, your store name and what you share yourself. From your store we read stock, orders and campaigns, only to make proposals. We never keep your store passwords.

Payment

Payment runs through Shopify or Stripe. Card details never reach us. We only keep which plan you have and whether it is active.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the parties that keep Aye running (sign-in, payment, hosting), or when the law requires it.

How long

As long as you use Aye. If you cancel, we remove your store connection. Invoices we keep as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your data. Email support@aye.ceo. You get an answer within a month.
